Usability Evaluation

A group of colleagues and I ran a usability evaluation session to see user's opinion of UNC @ Chapel Hill's iSchool website. The following report was drafted with the group who conducted the interviews, and includes our research methodology, task completion information, System Usability Scale scores, key findings and recommendations.

This assignment helped to showcase some key usability evaluation criteria and best practices, and allowed the group to better understand and implement usability evaluation in other projects.
